Had to call to have the drains cleaned which should be scheduled maintenance. Casino needs to revise the entry process because it is the only one that requires a ID every time anyone enters. Totally ridiculous!!! Hotel curtains were terrible that were supposedly blackout. They market the property as daily house keeping which it is not!
