Could not find my reservation in their system until a supervisor helped the desk clerk. This seemed strange to me as they had sent a “look forward to seeing you” e mail a few days earlier. They were very nice but seemed to have lost my reservation. After about a half hour they got things straight and gave me an upgrade for my trouble. Room was clean and nice. Mattress was not the best I have slept on but did the trick.

The rooms were clean and new. My only disappointment was our two night stay the cleaning people did not make the beds or bring clean towels.

Casino getaway Everything was great except for lack of soap in the bathroom shower.
