This was one of our favorite places to go for celebrating birthday's and our anniversary, which was our reason for this stay but I don't think we'll be back any time soon. The check in process makes me cringe as there just always seems to be an issue. You stand there while both ladies have no one (other than a security guy chitchatting)no eye contact, they certainly don't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Disappointed at check In! Didn’t realize the check in was changed to 4:00 ! We were there early and thought we could check in at 3:00 which was check in time on our last visit! They wanted to charge Us $31.00 for an early check in! no thanks we will wait ! Nickel and dime the customer is just not a good look!

Bedspread had stains and shower door only opens in so you can’t control the water temp without standing in the cold water.
