Check-in was horribly long I waited for more than 40 minutes in line to check in. People were really upset because their rooms were still not ready at 4:30 after waiting over 45 mins in line. Nothing was offered as a discount or upgrade. It took forever to process one person and then tell them they had to wait.

Disappointed- The bathroom was not cleaned in all the corners ! The mattress was very old and not comfortable at all for the price we paid ! The customer service checking us in was amazing! No cream for your coffee - just the powder stuff -
