We booked through Hotels.com as we usually do for business, so that it is one contact for multiple nights at multiple locations. The person at the front desk was very condescending about the room rate, and indicated that our type of room would be the last one to be available. Very disappointing. Her tone and approach were unnecessary and it was embarrassing in front of the other guests waiting to checkin.

Very pleased Room was extremely clean and mattress and pillows were really comfy. Amazing shower.

Personally I like the wood work inside. There are some huge wood beams and other work that is very nice.

The hotel was fine. As far as the casino goes, I thought that the minimum bet on the table games were very high. I usually play at the tables, but I didn't because they were too expensive!
