This my first experience buying precious metals for my portfolio. I was assisted by Jodi Davis at the Oxford Gold Group. Working with Jodi was a very good experience for me, she was very patient and took the time to listen to what my investment goals were. I really appreciated her effort to educate me about buying gold and silver and what would be the best options for me. Spent some time researching different investment companys to purchase a gold IRA. Pulled the trigger on Oxford Group and had the best representative, Kelly. She took the time and explained everything on how the transition was going to happen. When I feel they are as interested in making money for me as I am, I know I found the right company.
I found all 3 individuals whom I worked with (Larry Pink, Kenia Rodriguez and Pierre Kim) to be professional, educational and not overtly pushing my decision making in any specific direction which I found refreshing. Other than a snag that was caused by a previous brokers error, things went smoothly and without problems. I couldn't imagine anyone else handling my business better.
Dealing with Oxford was great. My salesman, Pierre Kim, made it very easy to understand how important it is to add precious metals to my portfolio. During the process, it was wonderful that he was available to adress all my follow up questions and concerns. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Mike Malek at Oxford gold was outstanding, easy to talk to and listen to what wanted to buy. I had in the previous week dealt with two other companies, both which of tried to sell me high price silver coins. When I explained that I wanted silver more tied to spot price rather than collectables I was given the bums rush. Both Mike and Oxford were great.
