When a form is sent in to the office about issues in the apartment the staff have contacted me very quickly . Staff are always pleasant and easy to deal with. The grounds are kept up. Cleaning has been poor to fair since Jack our old cleaner left. Hopefully it continues to improve. The stones that were put on the outside of the lawn are a hazard however especially to the elderly folk here. They are easy to trip and slide on. Love the social days the staff put on for us. The only complaint I have is the snow Removal sometimes impossible to get out of your spot. Living here is enjoyable and I really appreciate that you never here your neighbours love the building

I’m happy to live here because the building is very quiet my neighbours are polite and respectful. My apartment is new and clean. Rent is bit too high but over all I’m comfortable here. Best regards, Malka Klucik
