I worked with a phenomenal physical therapist, Lisa, who listened carefully to what I needed and wanted to know. She is so knowledgeable. She got me started on a rehab plan and made me feel a lot better about the whole process.
I've worked with therapist Lisa DeBord at Oxford Physical Therapy Centers for physical therapy on several body parts now. She is pragmatic, outcome-based, explains everything really well, and always ready with a helpful referral when appropriate. She really listens to my knowledge and experience of my own body. It feels like a partnership in working toward wellness. I highly recommend!
Excellent experience. My ankle is doing better. Lara worked on my leg muscles that has something to do with how the ankle works. I don’t totally understand it all but her explanations made sense. Appreciate what Lana & Holly are doing to help me.
Oxford Physical Therapy identified the cause of Achilles irritation as a calf issue. They quickened the healing process with exercises, deep tissue massaging, and dry needling. This allowed me to get back to running and complete the Boston Marathon!
