Everything was good until the physical examination which hurt very much. Once she knew it hurt she did not stop but went further. It was very painful and took several days for the pain to subside. She then told me that it was painful because I was tense, I think I was tense because of the pain. I was then told to do relaxation exercises that I was given and told to stop the kegels. Now that I have done that my condition has worsened.
