I recently sought treatment from Oxford Physical Therapy for an acute calf injury while training for a half marathon, and my experience was highly disappointing. After multiple failed attempts to schedule a new patient visit, I finally got an appointment, only to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen by an unlicensed PT student for ~40 minutes.
