I’ve been through a lot in my life and I showed up to Oxford treatment center completely defeated both internally and externally. I burned every bridge in my life and no one wanted anything to do with me before I came to treatment here. Sometimes in life a decision has to be made for the right reason and I basically couldn’t wait a second longer to make my decision to get help or I probably would have never made it to another day. I enjoyed my treatment and I never dreamed that I’d be saying that because I didn’t want to come or be here at first. After contemplating for weeks where to go to treatment I called American addiction centers and they placed me here at Oxford Treatment Center and by far this is definitely the best place for me. My treatment experience overall was good and I feel better each day. The therapists are skilled and knowledgeable about addiction and other mental issues. The food is good most all the time. The accommodations are above average. I’m grateful to wake up sober and not having to worry where my next drink or drug is coming from.
