After abusing alcohol for the last 15 years I never thought I could get sober much less stay sober until I came to Oxfrod Treatment Center. Now I believe and I want to help other alcoholics get sober.
Definitely come to Oxford if you're seeking help to overcome addiction. The staff here really care and go above and beyond to help. I'm saddened that I can't stay longer but that's what they taught me about living life on life's terms.
Where do I begin. I'd start by saying the nurses at detox are the most caring and compassionate staff at Oxford. The groups are great, the food is exceptional, and the campus is gorgeous. The awards ceremony on Friday is so energetic and well run by Mr Barry. I enjoyed having peers in orientation and that face to turn to on campus when you need direction early on. Everyone here is approachable and will take time to listen and to meet your needs.
Big time respect for OTC. Great pleace to get treatment, and will always recommend. I had a good overall experience here.
I have great respect for all of these awesome people who showed up each day to take care of me and help me see that I'm worth getting sober.
This treatment center is very helpful and well put together from the daily program schedule to the awesome visitors that came in with Narcotics Anonymous H&I every Thursday and they showed up every Thursday no matter the weather. My therapist Jewell was just what I needed because she always told me the exact truth of what I needed to hear. I only had a small couple of complaints but that got addressed very quickly by Mr Barry who followed up with me the entire way throughout the process until the final resolve and that’s why I’m giving Oxford Treatment Center a 5 star rating. I got here mad and didn’t want to be here so I came kicking and screaming like a little brat but after about 2 weeks I found the acceptable needed to start using the tools that this incredible facility was trying to offer me from day one. Once I actually started participating in my own recovery that’s when things started to really click for me. I didn’t believe in miracles until I showed up at Oxford Treatment Center because cocaine ruled my life for over 30 years. Now I free from the bonds of addiction and I’m learning to live a new way of life. Everyone was absolutely amazing here and I’ll never forget how special this place is to me and many others.
