What a wonderful place to come to receive help my alcohol addiction and my anxiety and depression. The TA staff and nurses are fantastic and I saw a nurse practitioner each day while in detox. Definitely recommend Oxford for those who have addiction and mental health issues.
Being in treatment hasn't been the easiest but I will admit it was the most definitely the best thing for me. I had the best therapist I could have ever imagined in Ms Deja and Maria my case manager was so helpful in getting me a solid aftercare plan in place before I discharged. I have zero complaints about Oxford Treatment Center and recommend it for sure. All I can say is wow and thank you for the greatest experience of my life. I am so fortunate to have come to Etta, MS for treatment at Oxford Treatment Center and want to thank everyone who works at this amazing facility. The sign out front says, "Healthcare Heros Work Here" and all of the staff are definitely heros in my book. I have a whole new attitude about life and now I want to be of service to those who have suffered like me. I plan on working in a place like this so I can reach as many people as possible.
Everything went well during my stay at Oxford Treatment Center. My counselor Jewell was the best and taught me to lighten up on myself and to not be so rigid. The all campus groups are well run and my favorites were Barry, Kate, Hank, and Katie. I recommend the Etta location for treatment if you or someone may have a drug or alcohol problem.
Addiction to alcohol is an awful illness and I wouldn’t wish this disease upon anyone but the first step for me was the admission from my own lips that I had a problem. Oxford Treatment Center has helped me in more ways than I ever could have imagined but most of all I finally have a clear mind and a new start to life in sobriety. Being sober is the best feeling in the world so if you’re thinking about getting sober Oxford is the place to come for help. Most of all I’d like to thank the entire staff at Oxford Treatment Center for their empathy and compassion. What I don’t like is how insurance works because they shouldn’t be able to dictate what a person needs for their personal recovery; with that said I got so much out of the treatment program and recommended Oxford to everyone seeking help with addiction issues. Although I’ll miss this place it’s time to write the next chapter in my life.
Excellent staff, particularly the nurses. They definitely made my detox very tolerable.
Before arriving at Oxford Treatment Center my whole life was in complete chaos and turmoil. There seemed to be no way out of the hole I kept digging for myself. This treatment center is by far the greatest and all of the programs are amazing. Thanks to the cowboys at equine and the music and art groups plus Mr Barry and also Mr Hank for always bringing the recovery message to everyone.
Beautiful scenery and amazing staff. Alcohol almost killed me and Oxford Treatment Center saved me from myself. Now I can go on to live a successful life in sobriety.
