My sobriety is very precious and the most important thing to me and I have learned to embrace this gift because not everyone that's offered treatment and sobriety get it. Very grateful for oxford.
A phrase that caught my attention early in detox was when the student is ready the teacher will appear. That resonated with me and from that point forward I have been fully engaged in my sobriety. OTC has the greatest staff as well.
The only thing I regret is not coming here sooner because this place is incredibly amazing. I'm getting all the info I can to get and stay clean and sober one day at a time.
Without the willingness to get better I now realize that I must do my part to stay sober. Ms Ashley and green group are spectacular and I love my peers for the help they give me day and night which is the therapeutic value of helping each other.
To learn that I have a disease called addiction was refreshing because for so long I believed I was just a bad person. Mr Hank's hijacked brain classes are the best, and his 12 step walk and ropes course. Equine was equally beneficial to my recovery.
My treatment has been over the top great, especially due to my ladies in Red Group w/Ms Sabrina who have held me accountable and taught me so much about respecting myself and others.
I have received the best care available and I have no qualms about shouting that out loud. Ms Kesha, Mr Terrell, Mr Jerome, and the cowboys at equine, Fred, Marty, Greg, and Wesley are true life changers.
OTC is the very best and it's all due to the staff who show up everyday and provide excellent services to me and everyone else here. Change isn't that easy but it has been more than worth it.
Everything I had hoped for and more. The nurses and entire medical staff are incredible as are the detox TA's. I will be recommending this facility to a couple of family members and friends.
