My attitude has changed tremendously since entering oxford and as hard headed as I can be at times, the staff always respond with kindness. I'm thankful from the inner most of my heart for everyone there.
I love OTC and the classes taught by amazing instructors have given me the best insight into my addiction and how to recover.

OTC and my therapy here has been great. Mr Mark is what I needed because his insight and planning ahead has taught me to trust this process called recovery and to not overreact when I start feeling anxious. Every group was uplifting and well taught.
