One of the very first things I learned is to remain grateful no matter what because gratitude will bring about recovery. Big shout out to the cowboys at Equinr for their great demonstrating and teaching with the horses.
It's been a good experience and I definitely recommend Oxford. Most everything is great but the med-line sometimes gets bogged down but other than that the food is really good and the counseling is excellent.
I'm so glad that I chose Oxford Treatment Center as the rehab I have began my recovery at because everyone here is amazing, and I really have enjoyed the 12 step groups, equine, and process groups the most.
