Today I was taught that as long as I'm grateful I never have to use alcohol and drugs ever agian so I made a commitment to find gratitude. I derserve it and my family definitely deserves it. OTC has been an excellent rehab and I recommend them.
I was blown away and so impressed with all of the medical staff. Very curtoeus and professional on every level.
Without making it to Oxford it would have been even more disasterous. As I reflect on my addiction and recovery journey, they are two words apart yet connected at the same time. Now I can focus on helping others as well. I recommend OTC for sure.

Attitude of thankfulness is what I gained from being at Oxford Treatment Center. The big groups are the best with Mr Hank and Mr Barry teaching about addiction and how to recover. Loved the art and muusic groups as well.
I was told early in life to take the cotton out of my ears and put in my mouth because I was someone who had all the answers. Since going to OTC I learned that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. Today I listen more and I'm in recovery.
I believe this is a really good treatment center for the fact that the staff cares about each of us, and want to see us be successful. Initially it was hard, but the longer I was here with an open mind the more I started to benefit. Food is good too.
