I waited almost a month for an appointment. I received no communication from the office until the day before my surgery. The staff advised me that it is THEIR RULE that I have someone wait in their lobby during my procedure. I had no time to arrange for this and it's not necessary to have my family/friends uncomfortable just to appease this office. I had arranged to be dropped off and picked up. I submitted the online form ahead of time, our appointment was at 3:00 PM, at 3:55 they called my name, I went in in the exam room and stayed there alone for over an hour, the staff members kept saying that Dr. Lee is in an emergency and when I peeked out the door he was standing and talking with no gloves on, he kept standing in the hallway and talking to one of the staff members for over 20 minutes after I already waited for over an hour. I took my paper work and left.
