INCREDIBLE! Wonderful lady, couldn't have found a nicer more decent individual to spend time with to help me get to my situations and problems. she knows how to listen well and knows how to ask questions and to solve solutions. I see her once a week but wish I could have more time.

I saw him for three years and it wasn't a good experience. First of all, I never saw him in person. I had to go to Behavioral Health, and then they would just sit me in a room to talk to him on a computer. He was presented in the beginning as being a therapist but he isn't. He just prescribed meds to see what stuck. He prescribed a dangerous med on a high dose, without explaining to me what the risks were, or how hard it was to get off of it. Our meetings lasted about 5-10 minutes and he only asked about meds. He never reall... read more

I told him I was having a proven, common, troubling symptom of a medication he prescribed, and he told me to my face that the medication straight up does not have that side effect. Ridiculous. Doesn't believe in ADHD and is a bad listener, seemed to almost constantly purposefully misunderstand me. I once said my opinion on something, and he told me "I didn't say that." What? Everything I'm allowed to say has to be something I parrot back to him, apparently. He is so poor at communication that he said I was "likely to have au... read more

I had been seeing Dr. Rhoads for over a year until a visit where he told me that he didn't think there was really anything wrong with me, I was just a negative person with a negative attitude & outlook on life. Yet he kept prescribeing me antidepressants & mood stabilizers which is something you don't prescribe to someone who has nothing wrong with them but a negative outlook & attitude. However because he wrote that in my file it caused me to lose my Medicaid because they took his word for it that there was nothing wrong wi... read more

I had one appointment. I was called the day before and it was rescheduled. During our appointment I felt listened to and I felt he answered any questions I had. A day after the appointment there was an issue with the pharmacy and medication. I called to speak with the doctor. I was told he would return my call within 24 hours. After 12 days and several more calls, he never returned my call or addressed the issue with the pharmacy.

This doctor cancelled TWO APPOINTMENTS less than days apart. I rescheduled and once again drove over 40+ miles one way only to arrive and have her cancel at the last minute. I rescheduled and it happened again on the next appointment, an appointment to make up for the last cancellation. She once again cancelled, AFTER I ARRIVED and I was told only minutes before the appointment I sat in waiting area all that time. She never even called to apologize.
