Beware: this company will take your money and not do the service then will refuse to refund. Stay away. I am on the HOA board for a condo building, we contracted with this company to do preventative maintenance for us on our building boiler and tank. We paid up front. The contract we signed called for three visits a year with reports. A year later we had a leak and lost hot water to the whole building for a day. Turned out they had not done any of the visits (which could have caught the issue) and not sent any reports.... read more
RecommendedWe have been having issues with our boiler and the group we were using didn't have the expertise needed. They referred us to Pacific energy after a year of trying to repair the boiler, Pacific (Robert) repaired immediately and was outstanding in the way he approached the job and how he dealt with my wife and me. I have only the highest of reviews for them...They have a new client.....
I had several tenants say the hot water was not available after being used so I called Pacific Energy Service whom has been our service company for our water heater since 2014. I was so happy when I called this afternoon and just my luck, there was a serviceman near our area, Luis, called me and stated he would be here in 15 to 20 minutes, he was very prompt and jump right in to access the problem. I advised him that we usually have it serviced once a year and showed him the sticker on the tack when it was last serviced.... read more
Pacific Energy Service has had the service Contract for Hamlin Court Condominiums a number of years. We have always had good service from Pacific Energy that keeps our building supplied with Hot Water
