the company is negligent and careless. post & brag about under age helpers around the company. Scott posted a pictyre of an underage child operating a forklift, IN A PUBLIC FACEBOOK GROUP! This is total disregard to safety and lack of caring about laws of labor and regulations. This problem has been notified to agencies to investigate the problem.
Non negotiatiable variable consignment contract that only favors the company, not the hot tub owner. Company can take 20% for losses but if they sell for more than expected, they won't give any of that profit to the hot tub owner. I called to get a quote for someone to come out to service the hot tub. She didn’t get me an estimate and said that a tech would come and give me an estimate and replace the pump. I explained that a hot tub tech was out here and said it sounds like the ceramic seal; not the whole pump but I realize that the tech will have to heck it out. VERY POOR... Would not recommend anyone buying a hot tub from PHTS! Two months since purchase and still waiting on headrests that were supposedly ordered prior to our purchase date. Female who claims to be Owner very rude and unwilling to work with resolving this breech in sales contract anytime soon. See recent comments by me on this page.
