I am absolutely amazed at the services I have gotten at Pacific Mind Health. Every single person I have been in contact with, has been amazing at what they do. Steve has been so great with pre and post Spravato sessions and is now handling meds too. He really listens and contemplates what will be the best treatment. I'm going to Pacific Mind Care for depression and dealing with trauma. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. From the minute you walk you are comfortable and feel cared for. The staff is great and made me completely comfortable. Bahareh Saidian is my counselor and I feel that, after seeing numerous therapists for many years, she is the best by far! She is easy to talk with and highly knowledgeable. I feel that I finally have hope to heal!

My psychaitrist is the best, I've seen many over the years and Chantal is so great at listening and always guides me to have clarity. She has the right amount of understanding but also confronts my blindspots. She's helping me deal with subconscious habits. I appreciate her. Thank you!

Let me start by saying my camera or mic would work. He was extremely patient with me and asked one of the ladies in the office to help me. He was very kind and professional. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he said to me. I didn't feel rushed or hushed. It was a great experience for me. I definitely feel good seeing him again.
