BUYER BEWARE!!! If you're looking for rapey situations and PTSD, this is the place for you. My husband emailed about a 2014 Black Nissan Versa and set up a time to test drive it with David Gunn. The car didn't have power windows which we didn't realize was still a thing. So we test drive another blue car with the added luxury. The car was fine, all you can ask for in a subcompact. Bought a new Xterra at Pacific Nissan end of 2010, great vehicle, no problem there. Went to Anza Borrego, aired down, handles great off-road. Aired up, new car new battery no problem. Then Pacific Nissan did the 7.5k service six months ago, this weekend I air down and when airing up again finds this small old corroded battery in the engine bay! Best Service Advisor Ever.. – This was my first time visiting Pacific Nissan and certainly will not be my last. I felt welcomed when I arrived, promptly greeted by Robert. He was still able to give me the feeling I was welcome, even without an appointment and a very busy service area. I just picked up my Nissan Platinum – from Pacific Nissan. Im not usually a person to write a review but since i looked at them when leasing this truck..... I decided to write one!!!! Happy with my purchase – I was pleasantly surprised to meet and talk with Omar at Pacific Nissan. He was quick on his responses, didn't oversell and gave me exactly what I wanted so I bought my Nissan Z from him. I don't give Testimonials let alone write them but wanted to this time because of the way I was treated and the Low price I was given. Car purchase, good experience – Gotta admit, it was an unexpectedly good treatment at a car dealer. Omar made purchasing a car a stress-free experience for me. My last car purchase was 13 years ago so I was very nervous to purchase a car. He made it very enjoyable. I especially appreciated his honesty. He was also very polite and knowledgeable. The whole experience was pleasant. No pressure. I would definitely recommend Pacific Nissan to anyone.
