Very satisfied with my treatment. Have always been terrified with dentists. They knocked me out. They are experts in sleep dentistry. Finished my word. Did not feel a thing.
Brought my daughter for ortho. Orthodontist is perfectionist. Dr. Proussaefs, the owner, did my veneers. Everything was excellent. My husband will be coming to do implants.
I have been seeing Dr. Proussaefs for years. He did dental implants for me. They feel like my real teeth. Excellent service.
I wish I had found them earlier. Had my front veneer redone at Pacific View Dental Group by Dr. Proussaefs. They came up perfect, all my friends telling me how nice my smile had become. I would recommend them to anyone.
Just had an extraction done, regret putting it off for too long being scared cat they got me in and out no pain staff attentive, I mean on top, made me at ease, the flow was just nice, will be coming back for my implant. Smiling people in the front desk, too often in medical/dental offices they are moody, these are just nice.
Many thanks to Pacific View Dental and Dr Proussaefs. I had anxiety going to the dentist for many years, they do IV sedation plus everybody is so cool (other doctors and staff) that they calm you down and give you confidence. Funny thing, I went there for having IV sedation, and I had my work done (crowns and a root canal) without the IV because everybody was so supportive and easy-going that I did not need after all the sedation. They changed the way I feel about going to the dentist.
Great service, easy to make appointment, the doctors appear gentle, "polished", and they explain well what they do before they start anything. The secretaries who do the booking and payment arrangements very very kind, take the stress out. I needed a root canal I did not have to go somewhere else, they had the root canal specialists inside.And he was very good. The crown specialist Dr Proussaefs very detailed, picks on every little things make sure things are done right.
I know, hard to say amazing for a dental office but this is what it was. They took me in same day I called, staff very kind, clean office. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but other patients that either were leaving or coming to the office were in very good mood and seemed happy, like we are "all in a good mood" type of attitude. They seem high tech they have digital toys eveywhere my previous dentist was old school, amazing to see what technology was brought.
