Staff with direct patient interaction are awesome. Administrative personnel have turnover that leads to inefficiency and confusion. I would recommend them, but the casual attitude towards costs worries me as there are not limitless resources available for Dads care.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is great. The friendliness and cleanliness are great! The care services, meals and activities are also very good. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene to family and friends!

What we like most about the Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene is always knowing that someone is there to care for my dad, making sure he eats the meals that are prepared, meds and hygiene as well as giving him a safe living environment

We picked this community, because of the cleanliness, interaction of staff with patients(caring g & kind), home like atmosphere.It was a great place to take your loved one, BUT BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS. I would recommend it for ALL THE REASONS I HAVE ALREADY listed.

The community itself is very nice and very nice, and the staff that are there are very friendly and nice. However just like many other places they are struggling keeping a full staff and because of that, the promises we were sold on are not being followed through with. We were told they would have activities, but there is not activity director so the activities are very limited. We are always open to constructive criticism and suggestions to improve. Realizing that improvements may not be made over night. We have a team of professionals that are working to make improvements, perhaps they are not quick enough for some.
Due to the covid restrictions the activities were pretty much put to a stop, one thing we do wish the community would of done was give us a call or send a form of sypathy to our family when our loved one passed away.

The Executive Director is so warm and caring that it makes me feel so comforted by our choice for my mother. The small community size and the dedicated caregivers allow the caregivers to have a real connection with my mom (which was the most important thing).
