Extremely friendly and helpful from the first phone call to our many visits before signing contract. [name removed] and [name removed] really helped in assisting us through the entire move in process. The “restaurant style” cafeteria is a plus with many food options available. I would continue to recommend Pacifica Senior Living Country Crest to anyone.

Came in to research getting my mom moved up from Southern California and met with [name removed]. After sitting with her and telling her about my situation, I was so impressed with her sincerity and compassion. She truly cares, and was respectful towards our needs. Her timely manner of communication, her knowledge about her business, is what we needed. I would, without a doubt recommend her to anyone else that needs guidance on these matters. My mama moved to their assisted living a few years ago and when she needed memory care they made the transition as easy as it could be. My mind is at ease with the staff there looking after her. Everyone is very helpful there

All of the staff have just been real pros at their job. The nurse is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves the work she does. All the staff are so capable and knowledgeable in their responsibilities and we love knowing mom is getting well cared for.

All of the staff here at Pacifica Senior Living are a rare type of special to put up with all the different personalities in this community :) They staff here are very patient, kind and always smiling! One server knows me so well I don't even have to order my meal, she always knows exactly what I want! Pacifica is a beautiful home setting. The staff is always helpful and caring. The directors are wonderful in so many ways, caring, loving, and promptly returning messages, via phone, text, it is greatly appreciated. The residents always have smiles on their faces and are very friendly. I love visiting my auntie there. I will be sure to tell everyone how wonderful Pacifica and the staff are. Thank you, Pacifica!
