From the moment we entered everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a question it's answered easily. So far the experience has been wonderful.

We moved in approximately 4 months ago. Any problems that we have had have been small and taken care of right away. In general we are very pleased and happy to live here. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and seem willing to help no matter the situation. We love our apartment and feel very at home here.

Dad has really enjoyed living at Pacifica Menifee. The ambassador team has been great, getting him involve in card games and other activities. The staff is super friendly and willing to help in all aspects of care.

We've been a part of the Pacifica community since [date removed]. We relocated from San Diego and we've been very satisfied living here. The staff is extremely attentive to our needs, there are plenty of activities, the food is tasty and nourishing and the residents are very friendly. I have lived here for over 3 1/2 years. It has been one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. The Resident Services Director and the care staff are all friendly, reliable and extremely competent. The Food Services Director meets with the residents weekly to discuss the menu and any issues with the dining facility. The maintenance staff are prompt and knowledgeable. We came to see Pacifica for a relative who may need assisted living. We think she would be very comfortable here and we're glad we did a tour. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and we're glad we found a place close to us that our relative would feel comfortable in, should that time come.
