My parents were living in another assisted living but needed more oversight. Both have dementia diagnosis but do not need to be in a memory care with those with advanced dementia. Pacifica Northridge allows them to feel independent but provides then with the care they need with dignity and respect. The staff has made a point to get to know their likes and dislikes. We received an unexpected diagnosis of memory and cognitive decline that meant that our mom was not able to remain in assisted living and required a memory care facility. Since her facility at the time was not certified for memory care, we had to move her very quickly. We stopped by Pacifica Northridge during a drive by after looking at other facilities, expecting to just make an appointment. We've been very happy with the wonderful care my mom has received at Pacifica Northridge! Her caregivers are attentive and kind, she has a lovely apartment and the whole place is friendly and warm.

Pacifica has done such a wonderful job taking care of my 96-year-old grandmother, [name removed]. She never stops talking about the care she gets from the staff. From the art lessons to the exercise, she really enjoys her days with the Pacifica care team. We are fortunate to have her here.
