I like the fact that it is a smaller community. 15 patients max for that ward. The staff seemed very nice. The process to get in there was easy.

Pinehurst is very friendly and caring. The location is in a rural setting so they do have some staffing issues. Our loved one was well taken care of and happy and enjoyed the food. Medical services came to the facility to visit in person and pharmacy service was p

Our mom was removed from Pacifica to live with my sister due to some financial issues but due to some illness and injury as the caregivers, my sister needed to have her return to Pacifica. The return was made easier due to the support we got.

I see hospice patients at this facility. Staff care for residents well, making sure all needs are met. The residents are treated like family.
