The staff is very friendly and they seem to genuinely care for husband. They seem to care that are wants and needs are met.

Staff is friendly. Facility is old and needs much care. Facility seems to have trouble keeping support staff. New faces in dining area is a common occurrence. Dining is extremely slow. Not enough staff waiting on tables. Residents nee to wait a long time for their food.

While we would like to say that we are fully staffed 100-percent of the time, we know that as an industry-wide, there is an ongoing challenge to keep staff and build tenure for the benefit of our residents. We look always look forward to continual improvement.
After visiting several assisted living communities in the Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley. We chose Pacifica Based on the smaller size of the community, the updated private room, the available activities and common areas plus their rates were lower than others.

I have no other experience to compare to as this is my only senior facility I've known. My needs are few and are furnished when required. I am mostly self sufficient and am content where I am.

Dad's been here 2 1/2 years. He's enjoys the outings and the food. As his cognitive health has declined, Pacifica has been able to meet his increasing needs, Staff is very friendly to residents and vistors.
