My sister who lives in CA did her research to find our mother the best possible care she could. She found Dr. Kendra Kay. I truly appreciate my provider, Dr. Josephine Sakyi she genuinely cares for her patients and takes the time to thoroughly address all questions and concerns. However, the front desk lacks customer service and doesn’t acknowledge you upon arrival. Additionally, the practice uses an answering service, making it impossible to speak directly with someone in the office. I’ve had past issues with billing, including receiving a bill with only the amount due but no details about the date of service or the reason for the charge. It ... read more
Dr. Owusu has always been such an attentive doctor who takes care of her patients requests and I have referred multiple people this this office because of that. However, I was there March 18th for some documents that I have been told I’ll get by the end of two week. After multiple calls, again I was told I would receive them by April 11 and here I am without any documents. Once I finish this process, I’ll unfortunately be looking for a new office.
Dr. Josephine is simply AMAZING! She was our doctor for less than a year but she really knows how to adjust her practice of care to accommodate all life cycles. She took care of me, my elderly mom, my teenage daughter and my young autistic son. Her compassion for every age group is stellar. She takes her time to get the history right the first time. Very disappointed in the care I received here. I came in to establish primary care service with PA Sara Romani. She ordered labs for me and I told her my husband I were trying to have a baby and wanted to do a pregnancy test. My labs were taken on a Friday and I received the results two days later on that Sunday. My labs indicated that I was in fact pregnant but also showed very high TSH levels.
