Ms. Shelton, NP, is very knowledgeable and caring toward me as a patient. She answered all my questions in clear detail and explained options available for my situation. She works closely with the attending MD, to develop surgical strategies, if surgery is appropriate.
She carries a professional demeanor, very knowledgeable, ensures you completely understand your current condition using medical training aids and, the critical dangers you may put yourself by not following recommended instructions during your healing process, very punctual in filing your FMLA and Short term disability paperwork she and the Doctor are responsible for required by the Company your employed by. Paige was very kind and yet straight to busy. Didn’t waste time on unnecessary things. I felt comfortable with Paige, I could talk to her or leave a message and she would return it. Very knowledgeable and educated. I had faith in her.
Felt very comfortable at this appointment with Paige. She was in OR when my surgery was done so she knew exactly what was done. She explained everything thing so I understood more and made me feel better about what I was feeling.
