Justin was very helpful in my tile selection process. He sent me pictures to help me decide whether it was worth the trip to the store to look for color of tile I had in mind. When I came in he even stayed past closing to allow me to come in after work. He kept me updated as to availability of tile I selected & was patient with all my questions. I was searching online for a specific backsplash tile that was on back order with no ETA in our area. Completed "contact us" on a few sites and heard back immediately by phone from Justin at Palm Tile. He then sent a tile sample free of charge (across the country) and followed up after it arrived. Best customer service ever!
Excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with. Have to mention Courtney, specifically, as she was so very patient and kind even though we took forever to make a flooring decision and brought a ton of samples home prior to making a decision. :)
