The property was nice but of our 8 visits to H.H., this was our least favorite. The bathrooms seemed to be updated and everything was in working order, I wasn't impressed with the overall upkeep. The outside trim needs to be painted, there were stains on the carpet in the living room, the net for the pool was ripped, the foundation around the pool had heaved creating a gap where the seal would be. Overall, it was a nice location but I would've liked a nicer home for our stay.
The house was great and in a convenient location. It looks like it was renovated recently and they addressed the flooring and patio door issues mention in previous reviews. We were very happy with the house and its cleanliness. It was convenient to the Fazio golf course where we enjoyed golfing and close enough to the beach to walk if you weren’t carry anything. Awesome for families. This was a quiet, low traffic area tucked on a cul-de-sac. Well stocked, internet had good gaming/streaming speeds, pool and view of lagoon was really nice. Our autistic 15 yr old loved the pool. It was great that its maximum depth was around 5 1/2 ft which is much safer for kids. Fishing was great right in the back yard. Perfect! This is one of the nicest condos I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The location is wonderful, inside palmetto dunes, nice pools that are not crowded and short board walk to ocean. The view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful. The inside of condo is decorated beautifully with high quality furnishings. Beds were a dream. We stayed with my parents and my 2 teenage kids and it was so spacious. I’ll be looking to book it again next year! Rent some bikes and enjoy the trails in and out or palmetto dunes!
