Close to the beach but no beach access Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is on the beach but because of the dunes out front, you have to walk through the parking lot and to the public beach access to get to the beach a d ocean. This was a little disappointing.

Resort is maintained impeccably. We had a wonderful, if not perfect stay on an island we love. Only wish they could somehow limit their numbers, the traffic is unbelievable.

Family vacation, October 2022 Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we appreciated the space in our Villa, we felt it was in need of some updating. Colors were dark, furniture seemed older and the whole unit wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We would not choose this unit again.
