Dear Harold, Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the mattresses. We do know that it is tough when you are away from home and the mattress is not to your liking, it is a very subjective thing! Please know that we are always just a phone call away and would always try our best to find a solution to any of these issues while you are still our guest.
