Clean, roomy & great location! Spent a week at this fabulous villa and will come back again for sure! Clean! Great for a family with 5 adults, plus 2 grandchildren. Plenty of beds and baths, kitchen fully stocked for lots of cooking, gas grill was great also! Only a 10 min walk to beach even with lots of gear, next door to the pool! Appliances worked perfectly and a/c was super cold!

Some improvements need to happen for a better stay! The villa needs serious updating . The shower fills up the tub while showering . Cracks in the ceiling. No rugs or anything below your feet for comfort .

St Andrews Commons / Palmetto Dunes The stay was great, everything was easy to get to, and the entire group of 25 people never had a chance to be bored. It would be nice to see an overall map of the resort when booking so you know exactly where within the resort you'll be staying. Not a major deal, but as a first time visitor it would help in booking.
