428 Captains Walk Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The direct ocean view is beautiful. The unit itself is outdated and the minimum of keeping unit clean isn't there, master bathtub drain opening the metal part all rusted, very old kitchenware, the unit in need of major upgrades.
Wonderful host, house and location! The house and location was fantastic, amenities were great and we felt right at home and relaxed with the fully furnished house/kitchen. Meal prepping was easy with lots of utensils and plenty of kitchen space. House layout was spacious and the AC was a delight when coming inside to cool off. We spent lots of time in the pool and BBQing- everything was turn key, no issues and Bill was a fantastic host with quick and helpful replies! 10 out of 10, we would gladly return!

The house had everything we needed. Beware on the back dock there are 2 alligators that live there. Do not feed them. But they will come by if you are sitting there for a few mins.
