I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property in my opinion was not well maintained. Needs to be painted, carpets were dirty needs updating.

The property was very clean. Only complaints were the tub in the second bath (which I'm sure is already known), and the clothes dryer runs, but nothing ever dries.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach villa 6 is a wonderful property. However the mattress in the master needs to be replaced ASAP. The worst we have ever had. Had to sleep in 2nd bedroom. Otherwise a perfect place to be. Front desk especially helpful.

It is spacious, very comfortable and clean. The location is quite private and the pool is a great feature to have especially on those 30 degree days.
