Perfect vacation home My husband and I stayed in this property with three other couples. We had a relaxing time in the well-appointed property with almost everything that any group would need (right down to the hammock facing the lake). A Real Vacation! Can't imagine a better place to stay in HH! Ocean front views that are amazing from LR, front 2 bedrooms and the kitchen. Plenty of room so every one can have space of their own. Fully stocked kitchen so cooking in can be fun! First floor means no need of waiting on elevator but has fantastic views. Spacious, safe parking for your car too. Comfortable, inviting decor. Excellent rating! Fabulous experience, from start to finish! Absolutely beautiful home, very clean and organized. Many amenities, including a nice view of the lake, while relaxing in the hammock, pool or hot tub! Pool table was added fun, even for NaNa and Granddad! Beautiful Condo First impression of the condo was WOW!! It is very obvious that the owners wanted an extremely nice vacation condo and spent their time and effort to provide one! Everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms have been beautifully updated and new very comfortable mattresses! We highly recommend this condo! This condo also offers million dollar view's of the ocean, pool and resort!

Refreshing, relaxing and rewarding experience Enjoyed are stay. The description was accurate and the ocean certainly is closer then pictures (a major +). We certainly will remember our stay it was wonderful.
Vacation stay was Very comfortable and fun for family!! We loved the location of the condo, close to the salt water pool which was very nice!! plenty of chairs for everyone. The beach chairs were a nice touch, we did not have to run out and buy them. The interior of the condo was newly updated and tastefully decorated. The grill was nice for stay home meals. We enjoyed going to the Dunes house for drinks and good grilled food right on the beach!!!!
Hot vacation First thing we saw as we entered the condo was all the fingerprints on the sliding glass door that overlooks the ocean. We noticed it was very warm and turned down the thermostat from 75 to 72. We keep our own house set on 78. My daughter got a glass out to pour a drink and noticed the glass was dirty. We then noticed multiple glasses and silverware were very dirty with food still on them. Found a dirty, wet, nasty towel in the kitchen sink along with dirty bathrooms. I want to sincerely apologize for the problems you encountered. In the past, Resort Rentals has done a good job making sure the condo was clean, as evidenced by previous reviews. I have asked them to follow up on the offer of compensation with you. You should not have to be doing dishwashing on arrival! The AC was found to have a TXV metering device solenoid stuck in the open position. I had already ok'd the $425 fix before your review came in. I am very sorry this happened while you were there.
