Dear Bonnie, Please know that all you have to do is call us and we are happy to assist with any issues that arise during your stay. The building management company handles the pest control schedule, but we would be happy to step in and have that addressed. We are pleased to report that we have spoken to them and it is being taken care of. A handheld mirror is not required in our inventory, but again, just call and we can help!
