My appt. started on time - except for the patient update I had to do. Office manager explained that this wasn't emailed to me in advance because I had moved up my appt. Something about not changing the email. This needs to be addressed. My dental hygienist was very thorough and pleasant. I hate going to my dental appointment, make no bone about it. But I hate it a lot LESS if Stephanie cleans my teeth. She does a good job quickly and with much less discomfort. I broke an old crown and came in expecting xrays, a look at it, and to schedule another appointment. I was very glad Dr. Stock was able to do the crown prep and temporary today! He is always pleasant and professional, as is all the staff at Palm Dental.
