When I have any problem with my teeth, they make sure I get in at a timely manner and take care of me. I have been seeing Dr. Stock for about 5 years. I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff at the office. Service is very personal and professional. They work well with my insurance and have pre-approvals ready for me right away. I've had to reschedule at times and they have been very nice about it. Yesterday I had an appointment at Dr. Stock's office for periodic dental maintenance. The hygienist, Tracy, did an excellent job on my teeth, and was gentle and polite as well. I had my routine 6 month cleaning today. The ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly. I got in at my scheduled time, which was great because I was just coming off the overnight shift at work. During my cleaning I had a sensitive area and the hygienist was wonderful and placed some numbing medication on the area before continuing. I had a crown and 2 fillings done this morning. It has been 30 years, since I have any dental work performed that involved fillings or a drill. I have never used novocaine in the past and was not really wanting it this time. The team was very accommodating to my needs. Dr. Stock was very patient with me, while he removed the fillings and prepped the crown. He was caring to make sure I was comfortable, yet worked quickly and professionally to get the "worse" part over. He is remarkable! I am very pleased with the crown. The p... read more
