Wow, the cap on my front tooth fell off last night and I looked terrible without it. I called at 8:00AM and was immediately given an appointment. I was in the office by 8:30AM. Dr. Stock and his staff are wonderful! Thanks so much! My cleaning visit with Lisa was very satisfactory.I informed her of an unexpected errand that popped up & she worked diligently to get me out and on my way in a timely fashion. During the cleaning, she used a type of what felt to be a high pressure water pic. As a new patient I was warmly welcomed, made to feel comfortable, and was treated like family. Information on my care plan was offered in a timely manner and is an easy to understand format. Did not feel pressured into making decision immediately. All members of staff were extremely professional, but friendly. Where should I start...First, a 3 hour appointment was set up for me less then a week from when I called with a very important problem. Today, Dr. Stock went to work on me and when a few unplanned things came up, he just calmly figured it all out. Making it a 'no stress' visit for me. The gals at the front desk are perfect...! Dr.Stock is a Master Craftsman in dentistry, and dear Laurie, one of his assistants was so precious and caring.
