My service was incredible! However, I do think it would have been helpful if a locker room attendant or front desk agent showed me to the back. I found my way to the locker room, but I had no idea where to find my therapist and found myself wondering. Additionally, a colleague of mine was scheduled for the same service and when we were comparing experiences her service seemed completely different than mine. Overall the spa was beautiful and I enjoyed my service and time there and would recommend to clients and friends

The massage therapist did a great job. The facilities and amenities were also very nice. The only negative was the pool was right next to some extremely loud machinery so it was distracting and difficult to enjoy the spa pool.
Really wonderful massage where my therapist made sure the knot in my shoulder was completely worked out.

Absolutely wonderful spa experience. From every step, servicing was exceptional. Loved the personalization and the special attention to details. The lounging areas are very relaxing.

I had a special Bee massage with Jennifer. It was very relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterwards! Definitely recommend.
Kerry, was patient with my questions about modalities used, and thoroughly explained everything she thought we should do for my skin. Her facial massage was excellent. She was kind and very professional.
