My wife and I worked with Pam while purchasing our first house. There were bumps along the way from underwriters needing specific things and the appraisal, but Pam worked with us at any time of the day and helped us. Even when the stress got to us, she was calm. Pam help me work through a refinance loan this past November, with her help the signing went smooth. she was always right on top of any problem that occurred. I highly recommend using Pam when ever your looking for a new or refinancing a mortgage.
