Pam did an amazing job with my home refinance. She answered every question I had, and made the process as smooth as possible. Pam is a very kind woman, knowledgeable, and great to work with. If you are buying a home or refinancing, I highly recommend calling Pacific Residential Mortgage and asking for Pamela Hoffine-Hurd. We used Pam when we bought our house, and then called her up when my wife and I wanted to refinance and and we couldn't be happier!

Pam and her team were always available and timely with responses. They would def be good for a first time inexperienced buyer. I didn’t ask too many questions but I’m sure they could answer any question if you did have them. Their rates are competitive, not the best, but having a local person available when needed is nice. It’s a shame they sell most of their loans to other lenders because I’d like to keep the relationship going long term. But they told me early on my loan would be sold

My Refinance with cash out was a very difficult process, I had just finished a 5 year Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I also wanted to use my VA benefits and this made for a difficult process. Pam and her team worked very hard with my wife and myself and with all the road blocks we only had to extend the closing by a week. The extension was due to VA and Pam and her team help get us through the refinance. They are great people that truly care, they treat you like family not just a client.

Pam had no easy task with this particular loan. She went above and beyond to help us achieve what we prayed for. This was almost an entire year of work, preparation, communication, praying and FINALLY succeeding in our first home purchase. Pam helped ease my stress weekly, communicated properly about what the next steps were and always had OUR best interest at heart. I have earned a dear friend working with Pam and am excited for our future and whatever next endeavors she will assist us with.

We initially went through Pam while purchasing our first home. She was always available to answer our questions, and we had many considering we’d not purchased a home before! She was extremely accommodating as my partner and I worked long, odd hours. We just completed our refinance with Pam too! So happy to have been connected with her!
