I felt like I was Pam’s only customer throughout this process. I have bought many homes and have worked with many mortgage brokers. Pam and her team are by far the absolute best. At one part of the verification process, I was unable to locate my W2 form. I was nearly giving up finding it. The processor Robyn, searched in a system to try to locate hers to see if that would work for me. She took time out of Her day to help me navigate finding my W2 after I chalked it up as a loss.
