Pam and her team were very communicative and made themselves available to explain the mortgage process and anything I didn't understand from start to finish. Pam made sure that I was comfortable with a bump in the process when a surprise issue came up with the title company at the last minute, and she and her team worked hard to make sure we were still able to close timely.
