Pam and her team were very communicative and made themselves available to explain the mortgage process and anything I didn't understand from start to finish. Pam made sure that I was comfortable with a bump in the process when a surprise issue came up with the title company at the last minute, and she and her team worked hard to make sure we were still able to close timely. Working with Pam made buying my first house a lot less scary!
