Pam and her staff took a deal that was difficult and got it closed in a total of 20 days, the borrower is elated. Things worked out perfect. Hire experience and you have a smooth ride. The entire staff was very organized and communicative and they didn't rely on just email and text which drives agents nuts, so I highly recommend this outfit they can deliver and on time.
